You know, my friends, that I have a passion for food and cooking.  Finally, I have a place here to share images and recipes of my favorite dishes and the food  you have told me you have enjoyed over the years.

If I am not cooking, then I am fishing.  My other great passion.  Now I can share the other half of the food story with you.....how the fish gets from ocean to table.
